TV News: Due to the corona virus lockdown, like every industry, the film and TV industry is also losing crores. Shooting of TV serials, film and web series has been banned since 19 March. Due to this reason, every channel is busy telecasting its old shows. Recently the producers of IFTPC met the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and asked for permission to shoot. Sarabhai Versus Sarabhai producer JD Majethia has made many big revelations in this regard.
In an interview to ETimes, JD Majethia has revealed that it will take some time to resume shooting of TV shows. JD Majethia says, ‘We talked to the government and first they will come on the set and monitor whether everything is fine or not. So any area allotted anywhere in Mumbai or Maharashtra will be checked first. It will take a long time. Everything will be checked. If people are quarantined it will be a long process. ‘
These changes will happen after lockdown
JD Majethia has also revealed that a large number of people will not gather on the sets after the shooting starts. He has told that, ‘We will write the script first and get its things arranged. The show will no longer shoot weddings, festivals, action sequences and over-crowded tracks. We will not shoot all these things in such a situation. Hugging, kissing and intimate scenes will also be cut. Everything is going to change in the coming times. We have been asked for Standard Opearatiing Practices, which every person has to follow. Everyone from producer to junior artist will have to work according to the new rules.
These shows will be locked
Due to the lockdown, reports of shows like ‘Patiala Babes’, ‘Ati 2’ and Naagin 4 have come to an end. The makers have had to take this decision due to low TRP and high budget.
