This Sunday Llambis dance duel started again! After Evgeny Vinokurov (29) and Sergiu Luca (37) competed against each other last week, there was now concentrated female power. Let’s Dance juror Joachim Llambi (55) sent Marta Arndt (30) and Isabel Edvardsson (37) to Ireland – their mission: to learn the typical Irish dance in just three days. Which of the ladies did the better job?
Jumps, turns, kicks, formations – all of these should Isabel and Marta train in no time. And at least in the beginning they were overwhelmed. Two days later the time had come: The two had to perform in front of the locals – and face the judgment of the audience and that of the dance expert. Ireland gave Marta eight points and Isabel seven. Llambi gave them six points each, making Marta the winner.
The “Let’s Dance” judge was pleasantly surprised by the performance of both dancers: “I didn’t think you could do it so well.” Both had their strengths. In his opinion Isabel would have been more precise, but Marta would have been quicker.
