Maharashtra government allows Bollywood and TV industry to shoot, green signal released by issuing guidelines


Bollywood News:A good news is coming out for the fans of TV and film world, who are suffering from the slowdown in Coronavirus Lockdown. After several meetings and long talks, the Maharashtra government has allowed shooting of Bollywood film and TV serial. People from the entertainment world will be able to start their work from 19 March. The Maharashtra government has also put some conditions to start shooting, if non-compliance will stop shooting. To shed light on these guidelines, the Government of Maharashtra has issued a 37-page letter outlining all the rules. According to these guidelines, every member of the team will undergo a medical checkup before the shooting starts. If any team member turns out to be corona positive during shooting, the production work of the show will be stopped for 3 days. Every member of the show on set must follow certain rules. During the shooting, it will be important to take care of social distancing, Arogya Setu app, Crowd control, Eco friendly utensils and sanitization. From now on it will become mandatory for the doors and windows to be open on the set. Not only this, kissing scenes and hugs have also been banned. After the government’s decision, there has been a wave of happiness in TV and Bollywood world. JD Majethia, chairman of the Indian Film and TV Production Council, welcomed the government’s decision. Talking about this, JD Majithia said, ‘I would like to thank the Government of Maharashtra and CM Uddhav Thackeray for starting the shooting of TV and films. The government has taken the appropriate decision at the right time. We will carry out our responsibilities well. Talks are still underway on which day the shooting will start. I hope that the people of the industry will soon start working hard. It is worth noting that, shortly before, the filmmakers and high-ranking officials of the Broadcasting Foundation had talked to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to start shooting. Ekta Kapoor was also present in this meeting through video calling, who hoped to start shooting soon.
