Bollywood started glorifying the villains long ago, but there are only a few films in Bollywood where the villains are so calm and terrible that they supervised the heroes of their film.
This list is quite difficult because we have to consider the top 10 terrible villains in spite of its popularity among the Indian audience.
This is why we Mogambo, Shakal and Drs. Dang is not considered on the list, even though he is a very popular villain in the Bollywood industry.
We are also ruling out the Dhoom franchise as the film was about them and as such they are anti-heroes rather than villains in the story.
Here, look at the filtered list of Bollywood’s top 10 villains so horrifically that they supervised the heroes of their film.

2. Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji in Padmavat
We all agree that the name of the film should be Khilji rather than Padmavat. The entire film was about Alauddin Khilji and was christened by Ranveer Singh. He was active, diabolical and manic in the skin of Alauddin Khilji.
